2 Coats on Upper Soffit and Fascia around entire house, deck staining, and a couple doors.
Scope of Work:
Carpentry:
- Replaced foot-board under doorway that was rotten and loose
Prep:
- Pressure wash deck with Simple Green
- Scrape, Sand, Prime any lose paint & bare wood
Painting:
- Applied 2 coats of Superdeck to side deck.
- Applied 2 coats of Duration to the soffit and fascia.
- Applied 2 coats of DTM to metal doors.
