Cook 2023 Project Details

A 2 coat color change on all trim and siding. Various carpentry work throughout; power sanded every individual cedar shake.

Scope of Work:

Carpentry:

• Replaced 4 fascia boards that were rotting
• Replaced part of the garage door frame that was rotting

Prep:

• Pressure wash with Simple Green
• Power sand all shingles to remove lose stain
• Scraping & sanding on any lose/flaking paint
• Primed bare wood

Painting:

• Applied 2 coats of gray on all siding
• Applied 2 coats of white on all trim
