Fortin 2024 Project Details

A 1 coat clear-coat on red cedar, extensive rot repair, few small decks clear-coated as well.

Scope of Work:

Carpentry:

• Replaced 38ft of framing behind rear house fascia.
• Replaced 38ft of red cedar fascia board on rear of house.
• Partially replaced rotting wood on door frame behind garage.
• Replaced rotting rails on front right deck.

Prep:

• Pressure wash entire house using simple green.
• Remove + replace gutter before replacing fascia.
• Sand any frayed wood

Painting:

• Applied 1 coat of SuperDeck Clear Sealer to exterior of home and 3 decks.
• Applied 2 coats of latitude to front red door.
• Applied 1 Coat of Duration Extra White to 3 Fascia boards.
• Applied 1 Coat of SuperDeck Solid Stain "Black Fox" to 1 Fascia and corner board.
