Maine M.E.P. 2024 Project Details

A commercial 2 coat trim job on a Victorian style exterior.

Scope of Work:

Carpentry:

• Replaced two corner boards.
• Replaced and repaired column bases.
• Added soffit vents where they had previously fallen out.
• Replaced middle of one window frame.
• Repaired rotting door frame.

Prep:

• Handwash and prime any peeling/flaking paint.

Painting:

• Applied 2 Coats of Latitude to wooden trim, rails, posts.
• Applied 2 Coats of DTM to doors and metal trim.
