2 Coats applied to all trim and garage doors, 1 coat applied to all siding
Scope of Work:
Carpentry:
- Replaced cornerboard along entryway
- Replaced rotten wood throughout
Prep:
- Pressure wash entire exterior with Simple Green
- Scrape, Sand, Prime any lose paint & bare wood
Painting:
- Applied 2 coats of Duration to the trim.
- Applied 2 coats of Duration to the garage doors.
- Applied 1 coat of Emerald to the siding.
