O'Halloran 2024 Project Details

Removed and replaced gutters, 1 Coat on soffit and fascia and some siding. 2 Coats on front of shed and pressure wash on deck.

Scope of Work:

Prep:

• Pressure wash entire deck with Simple Green
• Scrape, Sand, any lose paint
• Remove Gutters and Rehang them after painting

Painting:

• Applied 1 coat of Duration to soffit and fascia
• Applied 1 coat of Sikkens to 4 sections of siding
• Applied 1 coat of Duration to 3 sides of shed and 2 coats to front
• Applied 1 coat of Duration to 2 windows and frames
• Applied 1 coat of Duration to Cupola
